The Real InterContinental has created this unique and exclusive theme party to immediately set the mood of our country. Your participants will be enveloped by the essence of exotic orchids and soothed by the flavor and aroma of our excellent coffee.
As you enter the room you will discover our buffet station set all around the ballroom decorated with colorful orchids. The table centerpiece is made with and exotic combination of orchid flowers and coffee leaves lighted with candles. The menu includes a coffee station for your guests to discover the different kinds of Costa Rican coffee and a large variety of desserts made with coffee.
The participants will have the filling that they are walking around a coffee plantation as the “Cafetaleros” of our golden Colonial period.
For your entertainment we can suggest a variety of music such as The Costa Rican Youth Symphony to enhance the mood and provide pop music for dancing. An other option should be a Jazz quartet or also a unique Costa Rican Folklore with a very sophisticated presentation.

This is a theme party that we highly recommend for a Gala Dinner.
The Orchid and Coffee Encounter will be a memorable evening for everyone.

Our price includes the buffet dinner, the decoration of the room, the centerpiece, a glass of sparkling wine at the entrance, chair white cover, pewter basis plate.
