GENERAL POLICIES ORIGINAL OPEN VOUCHER:

All prices are valid February 1, through December 15, 2009 Price per ROOM in SGL / DBL occupancy including breakfast unless otherwise noted and hotel taxes Additional person (3rd person) cost $12.00 PLUS 16.39% taxes per night. Breakfast for third person NOT included (3 persons maximum per room). Children under the age of 09 (max 2) do not pay if they are in the same room with their parents.

THE ORIGINAL OPEN VOUCHER PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Hotel accommodations. • Hotel taxes. • Daily continental breakfast unless otherwise noted(except 3rd person in the room). • Transportation from the airport to the hotel in San José. • Car rental unlimited mileage.

THE ORIGINAL OPEN VOUCHER DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Auto insurance (approximately $10- $20 daily) • Meals • Personal expenses or extras • Car rental deductible • Gasoline

RESERVATION POLICIES:

The FIRST night's stay at the hotel and the car must be reserved through Costa Rica Top Tours. These arrangements will be made under the client's name. All subsequent reservations are to be made by the client directly with the hotel a minimum of 3 hours prior to arrival time. The hotel reserves the right to accept or deny the reservation based on availability. The client must give the number of his/her voucher when making reservations.

CANCELLATION/REFUND  POLICIES:

·       There will be no refund for any unused portion of the open voucher packet.

REMARKS:

·       If a client uses up all of the coupons in the voucher packet and wishes to extend his/her stay, the hotel will charge the current seasonal rate.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Car Rental Company requires a deposit of approximately $1500 for which a CREDIT CARD will be required. Car Rental Companies in Costa Rica will NOT provide a rental WITHOUT a Credit Card! Into the Hotel of Tortuguero, Evergreen, will be necessary 1 Voucher per day POR PERSON, this includes: overnight accommodation, dinner, breakfast and lunch. Important: for the river transportation you have to pay $30.00 per person, round trip. Hotels list is subject to change without notice.
